About Danika

Danika has been working with Mark for 20 years. She helped establish Fischer On Finance as a Registered Investment Advisor with the State of Minnesota, is a partner in the firm, and is now working more directly with clients.

She takes a holistic approach to financial planning. Danika believes that all areas of life are impacted by your financial situation, and vice versa. The up side is that she likes to take everything into account. The down side is that she tries to take everything into account. She is a perfectionist who is constantly being reminded of the 80/20 rule.

Danika holds herself and the office to a high standard of integrity and honorable conduct and will only work with people who embrace similar principles. She likes challenges, enjoys finding win-win solutions and prefers seeing them come to fruition.

She likes to bounce ideas off of her husband, James, who is the DBA at QuestarEd, and works very hard at making sure she spends enough time with her children. Danika has a very large family across much of the U.S. and often jokes that she is related to 1/3 of Minnesota. When not engaged with them or involved in her children’s school and extracurricular activities, she is active in her church and community volunteer work.
